Families in their many shapes and forms are the keystone of our nation. The Passaic County needs assessment was conducted within a framework of individual and family success. The overall goal of this approach is for individuals, families, and communities to have the knowledge, resources, and skills to successfully support themselves, their families, and community members from birth to the end of life. Despite all the money, resources, and energy we spend, our country has some of the worst child and family outcomes in the developed world. Passaic County Board of Commissioners endorsed and established the Collective Impact Council
(Passaic County, New Jersey) – The Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders partnered with Perselay Associates and Janus Solutions earlier this year to work with the Passaic County Department of Human Services to perform a full needs assessment of individuals and families in Passaic County. Community Mobilization for Collective Impact Action Plan
The Passaic County Board of Commissioners partnered with Perselay Associates and Janus Solutions earlier this year to work with the Passaic County Department of Human Services to perform a full needs assessment of individuals and families in Passaic County. The goal of the needs assessment is to collect data, resident experiences, and input from stakeholders in all sectors to gain a picture of what is working and what is still needed for the community’s members to be as happy and successful as possible.
